Hi! My name is Matthew Moyer and I am the creator and host of Channel Five Ratchet News. I started C5RN in June of 2021 because most of the interesting things that were happening in our community received little to no coverage on mainstream news sources.
When you hear the word Ratchet you might think of a lot of different things, and while those things might be true, it has an even deeper meaning to us. We are trying to ratchet down the violence, we are trying to ratchet up our community and most importantly we never want to stop moving forward by taking steps in the right direction.
We are a different kind of news source that puts a focus on comedy, local communities and the crazy stories you won’t find anywhere else. We pride ourselves in providing accurate and timely information on the most ratchet and wild news on the internet.
We are nothing without the support of all of you. Every video you watch and every comment you make means the world to us. We appreciate our community and your continued support.
